PHA-Exch> PHA activity in Syria

Pls, be informed that a PHM event will be conducted during the Health Care
Conference 2009 in Damascus Syria. On April 16 2009; a workshop will be
conducted on  The Role of Health System in the Promotion of Health
Performance. Participants from the ministry of health, as well as the
ministry of higher education will take part. Speakers will focus on the
health system based on primary health care and the management of health
human resources and projects.

This workshop will be chaired by Ghassan Shahrour, as well as the assistant
minister of health and the head of Syrian Medical Assn.
