Dear Michael and all,

This is exactly what some days ago I echoed in regards to Lome Initiative.
As they come as to address the problem, they might just create a bigger
problem for us. Let's remember that Africa is a potential market for health
products worth billions of Dollars and there is a great drive to stop what
they call counterfeit drugs (which at the moment is not a real problem for
us Africans), with a ulterior motive to ban fair-priced affordable but
equally effective drugs so that they can push for their (western)
expensive, but not superior-effective to the so-called counterfeit drugs.
They are on the move to police counterfeit and fake drugs which are
affordable to most Africans and to have monopoly on the drug market in
Africa.

Thank you PHM Uganda for keeping us informed, updated. Lets be vigilant.

Wilson
