National Institute of Nutrition  under  late Dr C. Gopalan  had brought out
the very useful booklet "Nutritive value of Indian Foods "  with the names
 in different parts of  the Country in different  languages eg  Finger
Millet called  Ragi in South , Mandua in the mountains . eg given of
Amaranth given by Radha  really an excellent example . Diversity has to be
grown and valued ..  Moringa   Drumstick leaves , Drumstick , Flowers  all
are are nutritive . .
Growth of Nutraceuticals ,and processed foods is going on simultaneously .
 Foraging animals were also found to  have less infection  than
industrially farmed    cattle   according to the Anti Microbial Resistance
related Studies .
