If you want to translate the video to your own language, there are 2
options:

*1) Make subtitles - the easy option*

Open the .srt file in the folder in note pad or text editor (NOT Word) and
translate the text to your language. DON’T change the timings. Upload your
translation again in the folder with a clear title, so that others can use
it as well.

Now you have two possibilities:

   1. Either you upload the .srt file for subtitles directly with the video
   on Youtube or Facebook
   2. Or you use a hack like this one

   to permanently create your subtitled video

*2) Record a voice-over - much better! (subtitling jokes never works...)*

Translate the English text to you own language, record it and add it to the
version of the video without voice-over (in the folder).

The campaign has some budget available to pay for professional voice-over
speakers and to pay the animator to make the animation fit to the text. If
you are interested in this option, please contact me.
