Training Opportunities in M&E

M&E Concentration Offered in University of Pretoria MPH Program

The School of Health Systems and Public Health at the University of Pretoria
in South Africa is currently accepting applications for the 2012- 2013
Master of Public Health (MPH) degree program. MEASURE Evaluation has
collaborated with the University of Pretoria to offer a monitoring and
evaluation concentration in their 18-month MPH program to increase the
capacity for monitoring and evaluating population, health and nutrition
programs.

International Workshop on M&E of Public Health Programs

To build the capacity of M&E professionals who are actively engaged in the
public health sector, a two-week non-degree workshop is offered at Obafemi
Awolowo University in Nigeria, September 19-30, 2011, to provide training in
M&E systems and the application of M&E data to decision-making in population
and health programming. Application deadline is July 24, 2011

regional workshops by numerous staff as free downloads for trainers. The
materials, created by staff and expert colleagues, are available in multiple
