Dear friends,

for preparation of a paper I am looking at the two areas of enquiry
given below. Any help in terms of reports to be shared, bibliography,
suggestions, comments, opinions, ideas, previous works, will be
immensely appreciated:

1. India's south to south cooperation in health sector with other
developing countries: if India has a clear strategy about it, how much
resources are allocated for it, is resource allocation increasing with
increase in Indian wealth, how much of this support is linked to India's
foreign policy priorities, views of receiving countries, views of
persons who have experience of working in these collaboration
programmes, etc.

2. International health aid projects and cooperation seen by receiving
countries in the developing world: critical reviews of how international
health related aid is seen by activists, ngos, governments in receiving
countries, sharing of positive and negative personal experiences and
views, issues of partnership and domination, deciding priorities,
management issues, sustainability issues, expatriate persons issues,
etc.
