PHA-Exchange> PHA2 preparations in Nepal

We have been actively involved in preparation for PHA II and intend to 
participate in Cuenca come this July. Mr. Shanta Lal Mulmi, our Coordinator for 
PHA II from Nepal must be communicating with you. We completed our national 
consultative meeting last Friday and proceeding further.

I would like to request you to send us all the further information o the right 
to health campaign.
