Reg: PHM Secretariat Advance team moves to Cuenca

 

Greetings from PHM Secretariat (Global)!

 

This is to inform you all that the PHM Secretariat team representatives Prem John, Hari John and Abraham Thomas are reaching Cuenca - Ecuador on 16th June 2005 to become part of the PHA2 secretariat and to assist Arturo and his enthusiastic and excellent local team with PHA2 logistics. 

 

They will now respond to all your enquires about programme, participation, registration, accommodation, special needs, invitation, visas etc etc. So send all your requests and concerns to Dr. Prem John (prem_john at vsnl.net) and Dr. Arturo (aquizhpe at yahoo.com and asamblea05 at yahoo.com). 

 

The PHM Secretariat in Bangalore will now deal mainly with the following issues:

 

  1.. Fund raising efforts 
  2.. Travel grant requests 
  3.. Website related matters 
  4.. Contributions and suggestions to 'Savar to Cuenca' photo journey and organizational track workshops and related events. 
  5.. Public relations and counseling, when necessary!
 

All the rest will be dealt by the Cuenca team. So keep in touch with them.

You could mark copies to us to track the request, because we do have an ongoing PHA2 Watch; Logistics watch and funding watch to assist PHA2 secretariat at Cuenca.

 

Some of us will be reaching Cuenca in the second week of July.
