The Pogge and Reddy  article is a very important critique.  I, for one, was
one of those who,
whether or not I approve of the work of the Bank, at least assumed that
their technical work was OK.

Pogge and Reddy show that it is clearly not OK.  Another massive hoax on the
world's poor.

This paper or an updated version should be distributed more widely.  A brief
abstract of this paper on the PHA Exchange and for wide cross posting is
necessary. (who volunteers to do it?, Claudio).

Probably worth asking Pogge and Reddy if it has been published or if there
is an up to date version.  I (David) shall do so and copy any reply to all.
