I wish personally and my colleagues at UPMRC to share with you and the
People of Iran my deepest condolences on the loss of lifes of thousands
of Iranians, this is a shared tragedy,
Please find attached a letter that I wish you can transmit to The
Minister of Health and through him to the Brothers and sisters of the
people of Iran.
