Dear friends

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend WSF2003 because of a family
medical emergency however; I would like to inform you that the “Arab
Resources Collective (ARC)” is planning a series of regional activities to
reaffirm the principles and strategies of Alma Ata after 25 years of its
declaration.

These activities will be planned and executed in coordination with regional
partners NGO’s such as UPMRC in Palestine, and will very much make use of
the issues that PHM will raise during WSF2003 in Porto Alegre.

I hope that you will keep me informed.

In solidarity
