Sign-Ons…</b>and will be presented to the EC Commission and the

</span></span></span>It will also be carried in a Financial
Times Ad –
scheduled to come out on January 30<sup>th</sup>- an initiative
taken by CIDSE,
Friends of the Earth Europe (FOEe) and FOE-NL and TNI – urging
action for a
