<div dir="ltr">From: <b class="gmail_sendername">Frank Elbers</b> <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:frank.elbers@hrea.org">frank.elbers@hrea.org</a>></span><br><div class="gmail_quote"><br>HREA is issuing a final call for registrations for e-learning courses offered in the fourth term (September-October) of 2013. We are pleased to offer several new courses in English, French and Spanish, including courses on child participation, corporate social responsibility, and migration and asylum. These e-learning courses are generally six weeks in duration and involve approximately 30 hours of reading, interaction with participants and instructor(s) on discussion boards, webinars, quizzes and other assignments. <div style>
