 on its website where it has posted information about its New Funding 
Model (NFM). The landing page features a short summary of the NFM plus 
links to sub-sections on key features of the NFM, the transition phase, 
policies related to eligibility and allocations, the steps in the 
applications process, and the background to the development of the NFM.</p>
