agents of change. They create innovative solutions and hold both
present and future progress in their hands. They should be actively
involved in the discussions, design and eventual implementation and
monitoring of the post-2015 development agenda. We will be accountable
to them.</span><br>

<p style="margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;margin-top:0;padding:0">
<span style="font-size:13px">Investing in children, adolescents and
young people – their health, education, protection and well-being – is
the cornerstone for healthy societies with more sustainable and
inclusive economic growth and shared prosperity. How healthy,
well-nourished, educated and protected a child is from the start of his
or her life can have life-long repercussions. </span><br>
</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;margin-top:0;padding:0">
<span style="font-size:13px">Because of their age, children and young
people are inherently more vulnerable. Adolescents and young people also
face particular threats – from violence and exploitation to higher
rates of unemployment. It is therefore critical that the rights and
needs of children and young people are discussed and addressed in the
next development agenda. </span><br>

work to mobilize young people to raise their voices and be active
members of society. Ester, Michelle, Liana and Bahaa are representatives
of a generation who not only wants to be heard but want to be part of
