programs are maintained, the Global Fund Board has decided to take<br> immediate and exceptional action by establishing a Transitional Funding<br> Mechanism and revising the application and approval process for renewals.<br>

treatment and/or care services of the three diseases currently<br>financed by<br> the Global Fund;<br> -<br><br> Develop a new funding model consistent with the Global Fund Strategy<br> 2012-2016, with a view towards funding proposals under the new model<br>
