The Third People's Heath Assembly to be the stage upon which to evaluate,
understand, reflect and discuss the progress of the PHM, and the contents of
the Declaration of Cuenca;

The rights of the Earth, Kawsay Sumak, to constitute an essential element for the
context of the debates of the Assembly;

The Assembly of PHM to develop mechanisms so that the voices of the
grassroots of the movement can be heard;

The agenda of the Assembly to necessarily reflect the aspirations of the
foundations of the movement, that is the grassroots, which are essentially
different from the priorities of international health organizations such as
WHO.
There is an urgent need for global solidarity, and that solidarity should be
reflected in the contents of the agenda of the PHA, particularly in relation to
the criminalization of the social struggle and the persecution and
imprisonment of movement activists.
