<div>There you can find a link to the guidelines themselves in Word and pdf format. They are asking for comment, which I assume will be posted as it comes in. They will publish the guidelines in the next issue of the Field Exchange journal which comes out in June and at that time are offering to publish substantive comments as well.</div>
