<DIV>You will shock by hearing this news. Prof. Bala passed away two days ago. It was end of his hard and dedicate work for the world. Through out his life he worked for poor people. He was a founder member of PHM. While working with PHM he pointed out the all the weakness of multinational drug companies. When Prof. Senaka Bibile died Prof Bala filled that place and help to continue his work. His death is a great lost not only PHM but also entire people movements in the world. His funeral takes place on 22nd friday at Borella cematry, Colombo 8.</DIV>
