The event wass the 1</span><span>6th Annual Conference of The Indian Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, to be held in Chandigarh from 10-12 December, 2010.</span><span lang="EN-GB"></span></font></font>

</p><div>We managed to get TOI to cover the issue including calling up the organising secretary who refused to comment. the article also quoted a letter by the Secretaries of MOHFW and WCD to state chief secretaries to firmly implement the IMS Act which including preventing industry's front organisations (the nutrition institutions/foundations they set up) from sponsoring or collaborating with the medical profession re conferences, seminars, etc. </div>
