With the National Integrated Health System the government assumes its responsibility to respect, protect and fulfill the right to health and implements the comprehensive primary health care strategy. <BR>

El Salvador is on the way to achieving health for ALL Salvadorans, but the United States remains an anomaly among wealthy nations, with generally worse health, huge health disparities, large numbers of people without access to adequate health care, and the highest expenditure on health of any country.<BR>

Con el Sistema Integrada Nacional de Salud el gobierno asuma su responsabilidad de respetar, proteger, y realizar el derecho a la salud y implementar la estrategia de atención primaria.<BR>

El Salvador esta de camino hacia salud para tod@s los Salvadoreños, pero Estados Unidos continúa como anomalía entre las naciones ricas, con salud generalmente peor, mucha gente sin acceso a atención a la salud, y los gastos en salud en exceso de cualquier otro país. <BR>
