They can advocate for two essential things:</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#1F497D"><span>2.<span style="font:7.0pt "Times New Roman""> </span></span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#1F497D">National health systems providing comprehensive public services, with universal coverage, free at the point of care. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(31, 73, 125); ">The evidence is available and has been for 50 years that this is the most efficient use of resources if the aim is health for all - NOT of course, if the aim is shareholder profits for private companies in the services sector. </span></p>

The object of social justice critiques is systems and not individual persons. </span></p>
