<div>            I agree that the health workforce in underdeveloped countries should be given external aid to retain them;  incentive to retain health workers should be considered as component of promoting health among the deprived to achieve the MDGs;  incentives to retain health the workforce should have been one of the MDGs rather than only results of health outcomes.</div>
