I wholeheartetly agree with the sentiments expressed by Scott Long regarding this strategy to prepare this report, its time frame and methodology.

The world is changing so rapidly, requiring a deep reflection on the methodologies and strategies applied in the past, as well as the perceptions held on the nature of men, societies and the totality of mankind. As a public health professional, I am often wondering why the comprehensive WHO definition of "health" is not being applied in its entirety, meaning, the spiritual aspects are never addressed.

Who will serve this report in the first place? Couldn't the human and financial resources necessary be applied toward a more constructive enterprise? What a waste of time and energy.
