care sector that compromise implementation of the human right to health. The
Article then compares the <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">United
States</st1:place></st1:country-region> with other nations in the implementation

and economic issues associated with defining the international human right to
health and the management of its implementation. Accordingly, the Article
addresses these issues by pointing out the difficulties and referring to
scholarship that analyzes these issues more comprehensively. Given the focus of
the Article on practical implementation, the Article assumes that the
international human right to health does exist as a coherent legal and moral
principle and constitutes an appropriate contribution to the advancement of humankind.
