It will be held at the <b><span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Westminster, London SW1</span></b>. There will also be a opening reception for delegates at 18.00 on Wednesday 5 November to be held at the centre. </span></font></p>
