Training Program (PHCE) is the result of a unique collaboration of five
organizations committed to building the capacity of the humanitarian community
to respond more effectively to the health needs of refugees and internally

internationally-recognized, two-week long residential training program conducted
three times a year in <st1:City w:st="on">Beirut</st1:City>, <st1:City

w:st="on">Bangkok</st1:place></st1:City>. It was created from a clearly
defined need to help professionals respond to emergencies and to manage their
