PHM-Exch> Call for Applications - PHM's WHO-Watch for World Health Assembly, May 2023 (physical attendance)

Dear all,

The annual meeting of the WHO, the 76th World Health Assembly, is scheduled
to take place in Geneva, Switzerland in the last week of May'23. Like every
year, PHM is going to watch the event and make critical interventions on
the floor of the WHO.

The Global Health Governance program of PHM is calling for applications
from health activists and professionals to participate in WHA76 as WHO
Watchers. The Assembly will take place from 21st to 30th May in Geneva.
Prior to the Assembly, PHM will conduct an in-person preparatory workshop
for a week. Thus, the Watchers will be expected to be available full-time
from Sunday, 14th May to Tuesday, 30th May 2023 in Geneva.

Since the process in Geneva is mostly conducted in English, good skill of
written and oral English is a prerequisite to apply.

La reunión anual de la OMS, la 76ª Asamblea Mundial de la Salud, se
celebrará en Ginebra, Suiza, la última semana de mayo de 2003. Como todos
los años, el MSP asistirá al evento y realizará intervenciones críticas en
la sede de la OMS.

El programa de Gobernanza de la Salud Mundial de PHM solicita solicitudes
de activistas y profesionales de la salud para participar en la WHA76 como
observadores de la OMS. La Asamblea se celebrará del 21 al 30 de mayo en
Ginebra. Antes de la Asamblea, PHM llevará a cabo un taller preparatorio
presencial de una semana de duración. Por lo tanto, se espera que los
Watchers estén disponibles a tiempo completo desde el domingo 14 de mayo
hasta el martes 30 de mayo de 2023 en Ginebra.
