Dear all,



As People's Health Movement (PHM), we are very happy to launch a new
podcast series dedicated to our latest flagship publication "Global Health
Watch 6: In the shadow of the pandemic" (GHW6). As a way to spread the
analysis and the experiences of struggle reported in the book, the podcasts
will be available for free and in all four PHM languages (English, Spanish,
French, Arabic) and will cover the following themes:

   1.

   From pre-pandemic pathologies to post-pandemic hopefulness (featuring:
   Ronald Labonté)
   2.

   Development model, extractivism, and environment: knitting resistances
   globally (featuring: Amulya Nidhi)
   3.

   Gendered inequities during COVID-19 times: a view from the Global South
   (featuring: Sarojini N)
   4.

   Conflict and health in the era of coronavirus (featuring: Catia
   Confortini and Roman Gnagi)
   5.

   Transforming food systems for healthy people and a healthy planet
   (featuring: Charlotte Dreger, Magdalena Ackermann and Isabel Álvarez Vispo)
   6.

   Shifting playing fields: how new trade treaties govern governments
   (featuring: Lauren Paremoer and Ronald Labonté)
   7.

   The Universal Health Coverage/Primary Health Care divide (featuring:
   Remco Van de Pas and Sulakshana Nandi)

The podcasts have been realized with the financial support of Rosa
Luxemburg Stiftung and will be released every Monday, starting from *January
9th, 2023*.

Como Movimiento para la Salud de los Pueblos (MSP), estamos muy contentos
de lanzar una nueva serie de podcasts dedicados a nuestra última
publicación emblemática "Global Health Watch 6: A la sombra de la pandemia"
(GHW6). Como forma de difundir el análisis y las experiencias de lucha
relatadas en el libro, los podcasts estarán disponibles de forma gratuita y
en los cuatro idiomas del PHM (inglés, español, francés y árabe) y se
encargarán los siguientes  temas:

   Conflictos y salud en la era de los coronavirus (presentados: Catia

   Transformar los sistemas alimentarios para personas saludables y un
   planeta saludable(presentados: Charlotte Dreger, Magdalena Ackermann e
   Isabel Álvarez Vispo)
   6.

   Campos de juego cambiantes: cómo los nuevos tratados comerciales
   gobiernan a los gobiernos (presentados: Lauren Paremoer y Ronald Labonté)



   1.

   La brecha entre la cobertura sanitaria universal y la atención primaria
   de salud (presentados:  Remco Van de Pas y Sulakshana Nandi)





Los podcasts se han financiados por Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung y se publicarán
todos los lunes, a partir del *9 de enero de 2023*.

   Des règles du jeu changeantes : comment les nouveaux traités commerciaux
   gouvernent les gouvernements (avec la participation de Lauren Paremoer et
   Ronald Labonté).
   7.

   Le clivage entre la couverture maladie universelle et le soins de santé
   primaires (avec la participation de Remco Van de Pas et Sulakshana Nandi)

Les podcasts ont été réalisés avec le soutien financier de Rosa Luxemburg
Stiftung et seront diffusés chaque lundi, à partir du *9 janvier 2023*.
