between the USA and China and risks of an armed conflict. **What are the

*Prof Walden Bello*


Prof Bello is a scholar and activist, Professor of Sociology and Public
Administration at the University of the Philippines Diliman; former member
of the Phillipines parliament and a Vice-Presidential candidate for recent
elections.


*Prof Ken Hammond*


Kenneth J. Hammond is Professor of History at New Mexico State University.
Hammond has focused his study and research on China and Chinese culture. He
has been a strong critic of the US diplomatic, economic and military
approach to China. He is the editor of the journal Ming Studies.


*Dr Sue Wareham*


Dr Wareham has spoken and written widely on peace and disarmament issues
and is President of the Medical Association for Prevention of War
(Australia) and a board member of ICAN (the International Campaign to
Abolish Nuclear Weapons) Australia which was awarded a 2017 Nobel peace
Prize.


*Dr Toru Honda*


Dr Honda is a physician who has worked in Fukushima and is following the
nuclear power plant disaster. Environmental radioactive contamination is
widespread in Fukushima and will be for years to come. Dr Honda has
campaigned  to reduce the risk of harm from war and the nuclear industry
and for the waiver on intellectual property for Covid-19 and other vaccines.
