We are honoured to inform you that the book commemorating Dr Amit
Sengupta's journey and work has been published.

The book "Political Journeys in Health: Essays by and for Amit Sengupta"
captures some of Amit's most prominent works on Access to Medicines, Health
Systems, and Politics of bio-similars/large molecules.

It also contains reflections of some of Amit's close comrades, compatriots
and friends, like David Sanders, David Legge, Ekbal B, NB Sarojini,
Satyajit Rath, Kajal Bharadwaj,  Susana and others.

The foreword of the book is written by Prof Prabhat Patnaik.

On this occasion of the third death anniversary of Dr. Amit Sengupta, we
would like to request you all to circulate the information and help people
buy the book.

The editors' royalty (which is a modest amount) would be contributed to the
Amit Sengupta Memorial Fellowship fund. You may recall, for the last two
years, the memorial fund, *mainly managed *by Amit's family, has supported
two young health activists as fellows to work on health rights in remote
parts of India.

Hope our little contribution can help strengthen the fellowship and support
more young activists around the country to carry forward the legacy Amit
has created through his lifelong commitment to the Health movement.
