As you know, a working group made up of representatives from 25
organisations has been working for the past seven months on drafting a
joint narrative, now called a manifesto, that can serve as a rallying cry
on public services for civil society, and as a joint platform to convey our
message to decision-makers and the public.



The final draft has been reviewed by the whole working group and finalised
by a smaller group, which has integrated the last comments and suggestions
that were raised during the review. There’s still some final copy-editing
to be done, but the group felt that the text is now ready for you to check
for endorsement within your organisations. The text has come a long way,
thanks to the hundreds of inputs received, getting both richer and clearer
