Just to confirm that the PHM statement has been released and disseminated
widely. It is open for endorsements for individuals and organizations,



Since it is an important occasion we are sending this PHM statement
reiterating its support to the Doha declaration on its 19th anniversary and
also urging countries to support the India-South Africa waiver letter to
