Dear Todd, Claudia, Maria , Hugo , Eduardo, and all friends in the region-
and PHM globally-
It was sad to hear about the passing on of Margarita and that also under
such tragic circumstances. Our condolences and solidarity with you all and
her family and all her companions in the movement for Health and Rights in
the region.I remember her well at SC and other meetings in the early years
when we were facilitating the secretariat and also in Cuenca especially.
Her smile and friendliness was always disarming and she carried on the
struggles with such grace and energy.
I missed the Bhopal National Health Assembly of JSA because of health
reasons but Thelma told me about her participation and her sharing with all
the gathering in the Tri- continent dialogue! Let us all remember her best
by committing to the unfinished task of health and rights for all in all
parts of the world.
In solidarity with another colleague who passes on the baton of this long
marathon!
Ensolidaridad
Ravi
