The People's Health Movement in West & Central Africa (PHM WCA) organised
during the 4th People's Health Assembly in Bangladesh in November 2018, a
workshop on ''Civil society engagement on commercial determinants of health
in Africa''.

One of the outcomes of the event was the decision to produce* an annual
bilingual (French-English) right to health report*, to be used as a tool
for policy advocacy. The Report shall include three parts: a thematic
chapter, contextual (country contributions) chapter and action steps. The
dissemination plan includes sharing it with UN HR bodies, regional bodies,
the media, other CSOs and partners. The first edition is on commercial
determinants of health.
