reclaim peoples’ sovereignty, dismantle corporate power and stop
impunity (Global Campaign) for the closing of the 4th session of the
open-ended intergovernmental working group on Transnational Corporations
and other business enterprises with respect to human rights (OEIWG).

It captures the key elements that the Global Campaign understands are
need it for the success of the work of the OEIWG and for the elaboration
of a meaningful instrument that allows those affected to have access to
effective and tangible justice.
