PHM-Exch> 14th World Congress of Bioethics and 7th National Bioethics conference in Bangalore, India, Dec 5-7. Call for Abstracts

We are glad to announce the launch of the *Congress website*

  World Congress of Bioethics (14^th  WCB) of **International 
Association of Bioethics* <http://www.bioethics-international.org/> 
*(IAB); *and the*7^th  National Bioethics Conference (7^th  NBC) *of 
the***/Indian Journal of Medical Ethics/* <http://ijme.in/>*/(IJME)/. *

The Congress will take place at *St. John’s National Academy of Health 
Sciences, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India* between *December 5-7, 2018*. It 
will be preceded by *pre-congress satellite meetings/workshops* on 
*December 3-4, 2018*.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VENUE OF THE 14^TH  WCB HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 
BENGALURU, INDIA FROM NEW DELHI, INDIA.*

*The theme of the 14th WCB* is */Health for All in an Unequal World: 
Obligations of Global Bioethics/* and it seeks to strengthen bioethics 
in the context of health for all, by providing a relevant and critical 
platform to advance bioethics discourses and inform praxis - policies, 
programmes, guidance – both in the region and globally.

Alongside, *12^th  Feminist Approaches to Bioethics (FAB) Congress *will 
take place between*December 3-5, 2018.* The 14^th  WCB Congress will 
share its opening plenary with the closing plenary of 12^th  FAB 
Congress on December 5, 2018. *The theme of the 12^th  FAB Congress is: 
Confronting inequality in health and health care: global challenges, 
feminist responses.*

*A Parallel Arts Festival*featuring films, installations, exhibitions 
and the performing Arts, around the Congress theme, will also be organized.
