National Medicinal Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics regulatory Authority Bill

A Special Meeting was called by the People’s Health Movement – Sri Lanka
(PHMSL) on 2nd May 2014 to discuss the  proposed National Medicinal Drugs,
Devices and Cosmetics Regulatory Authority Bill.

This Bill has been distributed among the Members of the Cabinet for their
comments.  But it has not yet been published officially.  However, PHMSL
got a copy of same through an official link.  We have gone through it very
carefully and had some  concern.
