Dear friends and colleges,

The PHM is currently watching the 134th session of the WHO's Executive
Board which will start tomorrow (20-25 January 2014).

The watching team in association with a number of PHM affiliate networks
have published an 'Open Letter' to the delegates of the members of the
Executive Board. The commentary includes analysis and comments on each of
the items on the meeting's agenda.
