Greetings from Benin!
We celebrate today (October, 24) the World development information day.
Upon request I can share with you the PHM Benin's statement on information
access and participatory budget in Benin (in French). The document has been
sent to the UN, the Government, the Parliament, CSOs and to the media.

Benin's Parliament starts today the 2014 budget voting process.
