Thus side event  we are organizing and hoping the event will contribute to
making a clear link between the Global strategy and the States HR
obligations – and the overlap of WHA and of the HRC is an opportune moment
for this.

The International Baby Food Action Network – IBFAN – is pleased to invite
you to a side event to the Human Rights Council on *28th May 2013*,
14h00-16h00, at Palais des Nations, Geneva.

The side event will be an opportunity to launch the IBFAN report: “*Are our
babies falling through the gaps?” *which documents* *the gaps in policy and
programmes in 10 areas of action in 51 countries across all regions of the
world. ****

A distinguished panel is invited to discuss how *participatory assessment
tools contribute to increasing human rights accountability in the area of
infant and young child feeding. *
