guid-ance to prospective appli-cants interested in the funds and programmes

countries and worldwide.

civil so-ciety organizations including NBOs, grass-roots organiza-tions,
community groups and
professional associations, are generally eligible to apply for the funds
and grants. In some cases individ-uals may also apply for funding.
