PHM-Exch> Bangladesh: News Story on PHA-3

 It was early July in 2012 that I attended the PHA-3 in Cape Town, South
Africa as a delegate member of PHM Bangladesh.  After this conference I
have written a news story in PROBE News Magazine in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The
