We are again sharing with you PHM's position paper on the Right to Health
as part of the follow up from the PHA3. This is a two page summary
statement that has been developed by several PHM persons-- all of whom
participated in the 2 year process to develop phase 2 of the Right to
Health Campaign.  This was shared in sub-plenaries and workshops devoted to
the Right to Health during PHA3.

This summary is an excellent distillation of the the longer position papers
and documents that were developed by the Right to Health commission between
2010 and 2012.
