Asia Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health (APACPH) 44th Annual
Conference:
October 14 - 17, 2012. Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The Asia Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health (APACPH) has a long
history of enhancing the capacity of nations in the Asia-Pacific region to
improve the quality of life and to address major public health challenges
through the delivery of education, research and population health services
by member institutions. However, these efforts extend well beyond the
traditional boundaries of health, into areas such as global governance,
human rights, peace and conflict, gender inequality, development and
recovery from disaster.

In 2012, the 44th APACPH Conference theme will be "MILLENNIUM DEVELOPMENT
GOALS BEYOND 2015: THE CHALLENGE FOR PUBLIC HEALTH". The conference will be
hosted by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Colombo from 14th to
17th October, 2012 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We invite those wishing to present at the conference to send in abstracts
before June 15, 2012.

Full details about the conference, including program, registration and
submission of abstracts can be found at: http://www.apacph2012.org/
