PHM-Exch> PHA3 - session on right to health for persons with disabilities

For the PHA3 in Cape Town, we are proposing to organise a session on right
to health for persons with disabilities. The session can look at issues
such access to wheel chairs, prosthesis, access to medicines for persons
with convulsions and persons with psychosocial disabilities, issues of lack
of services for specific groups of persons such as persons with
disabilities due to leprosy and persons with intellectual disabilities.
There are many other important issues including higher mortality rates for
children with disabilities, issues of abuse, violence and sexual violence.**

of barriers faced by different groups of persons with disabilities in
accessing health services and you can share experiences to overcome these
