 Thank you for the information concerning the Moscow NCD meeting.

As indicated in an earlier exchange the Geneva-based NGO Forum for Health
has been concerned about the lack of concern for mental health in the WHO
action plan for the prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases. To
this end we have produced a statement for the meetings in Moscow which PHM
members can get by writing to me.
