The German Foundation for World Population (DSW) is pleased to announce the
release of two new publications:



*Tips and Tricks East Africa and Tips and Tricks South Asia. ***



Designed as a functional aid for resource mobilization, Tips and Tricks provide
comprehensive information on how to access European funding resources for
population assistance and poverty alleviation. Each year, the European
development aid structures reinvent themselves; while funding opportunities
have increased so too has international competition for these opportunities.
These latest editions of Tips and Tricks take stock of the new funding
environment in the East Africa and South Asia regions and provide a useful
introduction to an often complex funding environment. In addition, the new
editions provide useful information on funding opportunities including:

   - Grant-making criteria and grant size
   - Guidelines for applying for a programme and where to find application
   forms
   - Helpful tips for success, and whom to contact in order to get further
   information



The latest South Asia and East Africa editions are part of a complete
series intended as a free tool to improve your resource mobilisation. The
