Psicologi per i Popoli, Psicologi nel Mundo and Doctors for Global Health
invite you to:

Medicine, Psychology, Liberation In Latin America and the Western hemisphere

  An opportunity to approach civil and political engagements towards social
and individual liberation in the traditions of Europe, North America and
Latin America. A reflexion on the use of interventions from medicine and
psychology in defense of the right to physical and mental wellbeing.

 This one-day conference will include:

•     Presentations

•     Readings of Martín Baró

•     Video presentations: testimonies from Italy and Latin America
regarding “what is the meaning of liberation today?”

•     Group reflexion on the meaining of liberation from the point of view
of different professions and expressions.
