*We hope your dreams and struggles “for a new world” are renewed in 2011*

*We are now closer to the accomplishment of the IV World Social Forum on
Social Security and Health in Dakar-Senegal. It will occurs immediately
before of the IX Edition of the World Social Forum. *

*The theme of the IV Forum will be' " Towards Universal  Social Security: a
Right without Borders, a System without Barriers." "Africa in the Center of
the World,"*

*As already previously informed, the date of the IV World Social Forum on
Social Security and Health will happen from 03 to 06 of February 2011, at
the Medicine College of Dakar University in Senegal. *

* *

*We are now building the program of the event, and we  count on several
collaborations of many entities from different countries and continents.
Those show the interest of many people and characterizes the collective
process that tries to project the concerns and proposals of a wide range of
organizations that work around the different fields of the social security
and especially around right to health subjects, not forgetting the human
rights, the work protection, social assistance and economical security. It
shows the importance of this debate in the world current context.*

*, enrollments of individual and collective participants and self-managed
workshops can be fulfilled. *

*To the self-managed workshops, the maximum deadline is 27 of January 2011.
Although individual enrollments can be accomplished till the date of
beginning of the  IV Forum, it is important that people make it before, so
the organization will have conditions to offer the best infra-structure and
logistics.*

*Furthermore, we call all entities of the International Committee to achieve
a meeting online by Skype on 18 January 2011. The objective of this meeting
is to advance in the political elaboration of the event, define the program
guidelines and make practical arrangements for its accomplishments. *

*In order to guarantee greater participation and involvement of different
countries, we opted for doing it from the linguistic and time frame blocks.
This way, English language countries will join the meeting from 09:00am to
11:00am, and the meeting for French language countries will be held from
01:00pm to 03:00pm. Finally, Portuguese and Spanish language countries will
be connected from 04:00pm to 06:00pm. Brasília Summer time.*

Nous espérons que vous avez passé un bon nouvel an.
Nous espérons que les rêves et les luttes pour "un autre monde possible " se
poursuivront en 2011.

Chaque jour qui passe nous rapproche de la réalisation du IV Forum Social
mondial de la Santé et de la Sécurité Sociale, à Dakar, Sénégal.
Le thème du IVème Forum sera *"Pour une Sécurité Sociale Universelle : un
Droit sans Limites, un Système sans Barrières*", l’ *“Afrique au Centre du
Monde*".

Conformément à ce qui a été annoncé antérieurement, le *4ème Forum Social
mondial de la Santé et de la Sécurité Sociale *se déroulera* **du 3 au 6
Février 2011 , à la Faculté de Médecine de Dakar, Sénégal.

*Nous sommes en train de construire ensemble le programme de cet événement,
et nous comptons pour cela sur de nombreuses collaborations d'organismes de
tous les pays et continents.*
*Cela signifie la participation de tous à un processus de construction
collective, et démontre l'importance de ce débat dans le contexte mondial
actuel. *

*Les inscriptions des participants individuels et des ateliers autogérés

*Pour les ateliers autogérés, la limite d'inscription est fixée au 27
janvier 2011. Bien que les inscriptions individuelles puissent se faire au
moment même du IV Forum, il est souhaitable qu’elles se déroulent
antérieurement, afin que l'organisation puisse offrir les meilleures
conditions logistiques et d'infrastructures.

De plus, nous appelons les organismes membres du Comité International à une
réunion en ligne, sur SKYPE, le *18 janvier 2011*. L'objectif de la réunion
sera d'avancer sur l'élaboration politique de l'événement, d'en définir le
sommaire ainsi que les conditions pratiques de sa réalisation. Pour garantir
la participation et l'implication de différents pays, nous avons opté pour
une communication en fonction de la proximité linguistique : de cette façon,
les pays de langue *anglaise* tiendront réunion de *9 à 11h (a.m.*),ceux de
langue *française* de* 13 à 15h*,et enfin ceux de langue *espagnole et
portugaise* de *16 à 18 h*, toujours en *fonction de l'heure d'été à
Brasília.

realización
ocurre por ocasión de la  IX Edición del Fórum Social Mundial. El  tema de

Derecho sin Fronteras, un Sistema sin  Barreras." "La África en el Centro

Fórum Social Mundial de la Salud y la Seguridad Social será del  03 al 06 de
febrero de 2011, teniendo como local la Facultad de Medicina de la
Universidad de Dakar en  Senegal. *

*Estamos por ahora construyendo conjuntamente la programación del evento, y
ya contamos para eso, con innumerables colaboraciones de diversas entidades
de diferentes países  y continentes. Eso torna la convocatoria un proceso de
construcción colectiva y muestra la importancia de este debate en el
contexto mundial actual.*

talleres auto-gestionados. Para los talleres auto-gestionados, el plazo  máximo
es el 27 de enero de 2011. Aunque, las inscripciones individuales puedan
hacerse en el momento mismo del IV Fórum, estamos recomendando que las
personas las hagan anteriormente para que la organización tenga la
posibilidad de ofrecer las mejores  condiciones de infraestructura y
logística.*

*Además,  convocamos a las entidades del Comité Internacional para hacer una
reunión online por skype el día 18 de enero de 2011. El objetivo de la
reunión será avanzar en la elaboración de la política del evento, desde la
programación hasta los direccionamientos prácticos indispensables para su
realización. Para garantizar mayor participación e involucramiento de los
diferentes países, se opto por hacerla a partir de la proximidad
lingüística. De este modo, los países de lengua inglesa harán la reunión de
las 09: 00  a las 11: 00 h. Los de lengua francesa de la 13:00 hasta las
15:00 h. Finalmente, los de lengua portuguesa y  española estarán conectados
de las 16: 00 a las 18:00h. Siempre en horario de verano de Brasilia.*
